I just took the chassis out of my Fender Jazz King amp, like the Steel King only 140 watts.
The controls were a little scratchy so I sprayed them with automotive electronic contact cleaner. It usually works but the controls are still a bit scratchy. Is there another cleaner with a lubricant that would be better?
Electronic cleaner lubricant?

I would use cramolin de-oxit D5 and then follow up with cramolin fader lube, but take off the knob first and spray a bit into/onto the shaft and work the shaft a bit to see if it is smoother in operation. The D5 is the stuff for the cracklies, it cleans the oxidation off the wiper and dust off the trace. I have tried just using the fader lube and it makes things work smoothly but doesn't work as well on the cracklies! The D5 is in a red spray can, the Fader lube is a blue can. You can still get the D5 at Radio Shack last time I checked.
