Calvin, the pictures must first be uploaded to a server. There are many free hosts that provide this service, or you may even have web space on your server (your internet provider) to hold a few megabytes of files. Call them to see, or check your literature that they gave you when you signed up for internet service. Once the files are uploaded (via a file-transfer program, such as "Cute FTP"), you then have to insert a link in your post to either pull up that picture file right in your post (if it's a small picture), or you can use another type of link to direct the audience directly to your server, where your picture is stored, then they can do the "click here" routine, and view them.
Another alternative: If you just have a few pictures, someone here might be glad to post them for you on their server. In that case, you would just e-mail the picture file to them, and they would do all the "technical stuff".
