Maybe you should take a look at the New Hilton delay pedal.
I got a good deal on one from Gary Sill at Sill Music.

Gary...Recently picked up a used Boss 'Wazacraft' DD2 reissue on Craigslist for $100.00. Next to my Strymon Brigadier, it is the best delay pedal that I have heard so far.

The best delay pedal I ever found was Boss DD-20. It is Stereo
and programable with lots of settings. Also analog and digital.
