I'll be playing in Priddis, at the Water's Edge pub on Sat. nite from 8 pm. on. Priddis is 1/2 hr. saw of Calgary off Hwy 22. If you make it, come up and introduce yourself. We play nothing but old country and old rock/pop.

Hi Nigel, I divide my time between Lethbridge and Edmonton. Some Thursday nights I go up and join my friends Lance and Dave Lorree (aka the Pailbunters) at the Auditorium Hotel in Nanton (about 45 minutes south of Calgary on Highway 2) but tonight is not going to be one of them. I do have a gig in Lethbridge Saturday night, playing with Charlie Ewing (we are opening for Highway 3 at the Geomatic Attic), but will probably be playing more dobro than steel.

Just wanted to say thanks to you guys for helping me out. Got to meet and hear steel player Beau Hughes and his band at the Eagles Club. Also had a nice talk to John Lacey. Had a great trip to Calgary and got to see a lot of different live music groups while there. Beautiful city with great music all over the place. Hope to get back someday. Thanks everyone and hope you all have a great New Year. All the best. NM
