Schaller tuner problem/?

I have Schallers on my Emmons LL. E9 string 5's post is working it's way out of the housing. Fortunately, I carry a small screw driver in my pac-a-seat and I'm able to detune the string, push the shaft back into the gear and re-tune. Any suggestions? I think I just need to get a new tuner. Anybody got one?
