I recently followed a thread where b0b mentioned the concert F 10 string diatonic tuning. I have looked at the tuning and found it interesting on several levels. The question I have is where is middle C (261.6 hz.)?

Point us at the thread and we'll try to figure it. I'm guessing somewhere in the string 5 region.

I couldn't find the thread that mentioned it recently but it referred to b0b's copedant here. http://b0b.com/tunings/fscale10.htm

That certainly looks like an E tuning shunted up a semitone, and the 4th string will be middle 'C'
