I'm pretty sure Weldon Myrick used one on quite a few recordings during the '80s. If I recall correctly, he told me that he had been doing some sessions using that amp one night at The Opry.

It's my main amp for larger gigs. The digital EFX package means I can get a lot of different sounds without carrying and hooking up a lot of gear. I put in a LeMay mod (because it was pretty "honky" originally) and two Eminence BassLite speakers (because it was pretty heavy) and now it does a pretty decent job. |
