I'm baby sitting Ben Waligoske's Zum Encore for a few days. Very generous of Ben to entrust me with his guitar. It's nice to get acquainted with it. Beautiful instrument!
The vertical lever is not staying in the playing position. The nut seems tight on the pivot screw. Maybe not tight enough, but this is not my steel. Have I overlooked something else? |

Tighten the pivot screw some more. Ben plays a lot of gigs, so the lever gets folded back a lot. It's only natural for it to occasionally require tightening. You need a 9/64" hex key. You can't hurt it. |

Glad you got it sorted out Dan! I should have mentioned that little tidbit, but Doug is exactly right and I just tend to have to tighten it up every so often after a lot of playing.
Happy to hear you're enjoying the instrument - hello from Boise! |
