I cant print to PDF ?

I try to print to PDF and I get this error message telling me to load the driver PD995 and I click yes and then reboot and get the same error message. Has anyone else had this problem and can provide me a solution ? I could always print it off and then scan it and email it, but seems like printing to PDF would be a handy thing to have and just send it as an attachment. Thanks in advance for any help.
