I listened to all of these pieces Susan and found them to be very advanced, which just demonstrates the range of the Steel Guitar, I enjoyed it.

James.

Susan, your music is very inspirational to me. The piece that was 14 minutes is something I must listen to many times. your sense of timing as a soloists is not to be overlooked as it is the most daunting task for the instrument that you play. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks James, and thanks Don!

Don, the 14 minute video was a piece I wrote called "Mercedes Sosa", and the rest was Astor Piazzolla's "Tristezas de un Doble A" (quoted) and Invierno PorteƱo.

James, I'm glad you liked it, tough it's not that complicated - just different from what people are used to hearing on our instrument.

I just drove the length of West Virginia yesterday (from Maryland to Kentucky). James it's been a while since I've been in your neck of the woods, but Scotland is the country of my ancestors.

Thanks Don, I always enjoy any time I spend in West Virginia - from Harper's Ferry to Charleston, Morgantown, Wheeler, . . . my mind just seems to slow down and relax.
