Mansfield is about an hour North of Columbus. If you take 71N up to SR30, go West on 30 till you get to RT42S (Ashland Rd.)Go south for a few blocks and its on the right hand side. I'm going to get exact distances and exit numbers and post in the directions. A working GPS will definitely get you there.

Only a week away. Get your guitars tuned and ready to pack up for a fun time. Singers are welcome also, I don't think I mentioned that before. I have it set up so there won't be any alcohol in the hall area. I want to make this work for everyone, so ewe can all have a good time.

Less than a week to go. There will be some new Telonics equipment to try at this jam..

So if you want to demo the new "mini Combo" I will have one there. As well as the normal
Top of the line 15" combo.

Wow, what a time. Thanks to everyone that came. This was the first time I ever held a jam and I found out first hand just how tough it can be to put one of these together and try to keep things organized when it is going on. I can't thank everyone enough for the help in making this jam a success. Thank you to the band, Ed Mason (drums), Jeff Shaner (Bass), Lonnie Coots (guitar). they did a great job. Thanks Marvin Born for bringing the Telonics amps and brochures. Thanks Ric Wilson for the sound system, my wife for working the door and handling the 50\50 and drawing for the ham. The steel players is what the jam was about, so to all the steel players that did such a great job, Mike Meese, Danny Hite, Gary Steele, Tommy Allison, Steve Black, Ric Wilson, Paul Allen, I know I'm missing some. The singers also did great. A special thanks to the VFW. Literally every seat in the hall was filled. Any proceeds are going to two charities, The Debra Luis Center for Unbridled Dreams and The Veterans Foundation. Again, thanks to everyone. It was a great experience. I'll put pics up in another post.

A little note to say, 'thank you' to Mike and all of his staff for hosting a great afternoon of music.

The hospitality and fellowship was wonderful.

Continued success in all of your future steel guitar jams.
