I am in the market for a new Pac a Seat and i was wondering which ones make the grade for solid
roadability, looks and function. I have an old Sho Bud I bought new in 71 and it is still a good seat. Its just beat up a bit and I want to get one that is better for the road, wont squeek when you sit it or bottom out.
Any suggestions.

Scott, there are several seats available that are well built and functional; however to me one of the best is The Walker Seat built by our one of our own, Ray Walker.
The quality is for a lifetime and it's available at many stores natiowide.

Scott, I have an Elite seat with back rest. they are well built, look great and are very comfy! and will not break your pocket book like most pac seats. I orderd mine from Jerry Roller, a member here. Look on the Amps effects etc for sale forum. you can find the thread there about who builds them
and how to get in touch.

The Walker seat is great. Never been happier with the price, service, or seat...Know lots of dealers carry them. Was in Tar Heel Music several weeks ago and they stock them (in Smithfield, NC)...(If Rick McDuffie - the owner - is posting) Do you still have them in stock Rick? (Rick is a steel player also)..
