Free improv, nueva canción chilena with Luis ToTo Alvarez

Yesterday evening, the great Chilean guitarist Luis ToTo Alvarez met for the first time at the Downtown Music Gallery in NYC and sat down to play. Here is a little bit of free improvisation mixed with some Chilean nueva canciÃ³n - if you listen closely at times you can hear echoes of Violeta Parra and Victor Jara (the "Bob Dylan of Chile" who was murdered shortly after the 1973 military coup).

This is a little different from what I usually play, and I hope you enjoy it.
