Goodrich Service- Above and Beyond!

I'd like to give a shout out to Kevin at Goodrich. I recently bought a Steel Master here on the forum- Matchbox, Fuzz and Matchbro all in one unit. ( The only other one I've ever seen was at Buddy Emmons' estate sale) It had a small issue so I called Kevin and spoke with him about it. Even though it was built probably 20 years before he acquired the company, he said send it out and he'd look at it. (The issue was the Matchbro section was considerably louder than the rest if the functions.) He took time to check it out, advised me that it's working, I should leave well enough alone, refused to take any money and shipped it back at his own expense. Customer service is alive and well at Goodrich!
And yes, Kevin, if I ever decide to sell it you've got first dibs.
