Best reverb pedal for PSG

What brand reverb pedal do folks think is best suited to pedal steel guitar? I'm looking to spend about $200.

The Strymon 'Blue Sky' and the 'Wet Reverb' are two of the best.

I used Boss RV3's for a long time, but I've been using a Zoom G3, or MS100 for the last couple of years. I think they blow the Boss effects out of the water.

I use a Zoom CDR - two AA BATTERIES LAST ABOUT 8 hours and I just sit it on top of my amp. All the delays and Reverbs you could possibly want

I also had a CDR, it had the same great sounds as the others. Zoom has really improved their products in the last few years, and they are still reasonably priced. I use a G5 for guitar, that replaced my Line 6 HD500. I like the Zoom sounds much better, and it is much easier to program.

There are so many good ones and many are based on the same chip set with only different components and controls. I like the Hall of Fame reverb set on "Church" (= Hall) mode better than my RV-5 but either one is so awesome compared to any of my amp reverbs that I've never looked for anything any better. Beyond a certain point of smoothness, and depth it comes down to personal taste and whether one wants a hall, spring, plate, echo, modulation, additional adjustments. The spring reverb in the blackface Fender Princeton I owned was really great and since most of the stomp boxes I've tried lately beat that, IMHO, I've given up on chasing anything else.

I love my DigiTech Polara pedal.

I also have the HoF, Zoom, Wet, Earthquaker and RV-3. All good. But the Polara is my favorite.

Definitely like the TC Hall of Fame.

I found it sounds less like a pedal, and more like your amp placed into the setting you've chosen.
