On the top neck, I tune my 5th string B to straight up 440.
I'm wanting to dial in the Bb on my LKV.
What would you recommend for the Bb, cents wise, on the tuner?

I tune mine to 438 and don't have any problems with it.....JH

Yes if your tuning out beats; than that Bb note would be a 3rd tone on the 7/9 chord; so Jerry is correct at that 438 as that is usually where a beatless 3rd tone ends up.
