I've only had one experience with Fessenden customer service. I rate my experience as excellent +.

Jerry is among the most responsive builders I have dealt with -- and I've worked with a few. I put him up there with Bruce Zumsteg and Jeff Surratt. His guitar is so solid I haven't needed to talk to him in years, but I know he's there for me if I need a consultation. I play a loaded up U12 and he never flinched when I hit him with 40+ pulls on one neck.
A+++ in my book.

I'd say excellent, I needed some return springs so I emailed Jerry, and they were here be the end of the week (4 days) as good as it gets in this neck of the woods.  |

| I called the main number on their website and was answered by a friend of Mr. Fessenden.. she said he was out of town and gave me his cell number. He was very helpful over the phone. I met him in person at the dallas show too. Very nice man, and a great player too. |

I don't have a Fessy but I do know Jerry. We met years ago in Indy and didn't reconnect until a few years ago.
He is a great guy and a good friend. That is something that makes his business work. Don't pick on him though cause he'll get ya'. He has an unbelievable sense of humor. Oh yeah, don't believe anything he says about me. |
