How to remove a Goodrich shaft encased in plastic
I have a later model L120 volume pedal (bronze textured finish). I want to remove the shaft/axel that holds the top movable section to the base section. Seems they have a plastic casing and cap that now surrounds the shaft/axel...it appears to inhibit the removal. Has anyone removed one of these shafts and if so...how did you do it???

Done several times without any problem...
First you need to loosen the screw located under the bottom cover plate.
Then, just hammer away the axle using a pencil-like wood stick
