Tried out a Stone Slide/Bar

I decided to give one of the popular stone slides/bars a try.
My results:
It only weighs a couple of ounces, so light and it feels good in my hand, almost like holding a feather, and you can really zip around the fretboard. It also has a dimple in the base that you can use to put your thumb in for ease of "rear upwards" bar slants, of which I have still not mastered.
The downside is that since it has so little mass, the notes decay fairly quickly, not a lot of sustain at all. That is a big downer - for all of the positives, I cannot see myself using this bar on a regular basis simply because of the lack of sustain.
Anyone have any experiences they wish to share with these bars?
