OKLAHOMA Steel Show E9th SEMINAR-Palousek & Toliver

Post by Steve Palousek »

Steve Palousek and Larry Toliver will be presenting their "Two Texas Steelers, One E9th Seminar" at the OSGA Show on Saturday, May 28th from 9:00am to Noon. The class will be for level INTERMEDIATE and above for the E9th. They will be focusing in on a couple of songs from their new album, "Side by Side".... "The Waltz You Saved For Me" and "All My Loving". There will be 3 hours full of great steel instruction for the E9th plus Tracks & Tabs. You are welcome bring your cell phone or camera and video anything taught in the class so you can review it later and make sure it was just right.
The class is $30.00 and it will include a notebook with tabs, licks, and a cd with tracks. $5.00 of each students fee will go to support the Oklahoma Steel Association. Please RSVP on this post, or email Steve or Larry, so we will have an idea of how many booklets, cd's, etc. we will need to bring. Thanks, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the show.

Post by Steve Palousek »

The question has come up about whether or not you should bring your guitars to the seminar.....

The answer is YES!

And feel free to bring your recording devices, cameras/cell phones, etc.

We're looking forward to the show!

This will be the bargain of the year for me. Sit down for three hours with these two pickers will be a blast. I hope there is a good turn out for the seminar.

Yes, please bring your steels, & seats, & headphones. The headphones are so we can have some semblance of quiet, while everyone is picking on their individual steels. Call me if you need to!

Well, Mike,!!!!
I am excited as well for this seminar, and please come up and introduce yourself, as I like to shake hands and get to know everyone, especially steel pickers.
