In need of some how to on a Strobo flip Peterson tuner. I can't seem to get it to switch over to Hertz... The cents function works fine. Is it simply operator error????

I'd recommend converting the chart instead.
The "Hertz" charts do violence to logic, linguistics and common sense. And are only supported by some tuners. And it makes my brain hurt.

Lane You Just Might Be On To Something. I've been setting things Emmons with cents. But thought I'd Try the Newman Way with hertz to experiment...

Have you downloaded the manual? It can be a bit daunting without it, but with the manual it's no problem. I use one every day, often change settings and set up my own custom program for a B6 copedent.
