How long is a 10 string BJS from tip of nose to end suppose to be? just curious, I got mine today and it's 3 3/8" long. I thought they were 3 1/4.

I went to a BJS from a 3.25 of another brand and it did feel strange at first. Use it awhile and I think you'll prefer it at 3.3.
I have the 15/16th and the 7/8th and alternate them. This helps with hand fatigue.

Terry...I have two BJS bars; a MSA bar, and a Ernie Ball bar for a number of years and they are all 3 3/8" long.

Terry, according to the BJS website the 10 string tone bars are 3 5/16 inches long.

Thanks guys. mine is also 15/16" in dia, which I think I'll like, but I'll have to get use to the extra length.

My BJS bar is 3 3/8" long by 7/8" in diameter. Until I measured it a few minutes ago I never realized it wasn't 3 1/4" long.

Now I've got something else to blame my poor playing on!
