Can anyone tell me anything about an Sierra Model S14 with 4X5. What are they worth and approximately when were they built.

Some pics or model would be helpful. Otherwise, there were too many era of build to guess. Nearly 40 yrs. of models etc. from the original, Olympic, Timberwolf, Royalty, Crown and Session series.

Somewhere between $1000 and $1500 probably.

S14 is simply a designation for Single neck 14 strings. The model name is probably Olympic, Crown or Session. Most S14s were Crown models, made in the 80's and 90's.
