Bobby Neal - in my opinion he was one of the great ones! He had a tough gig having to follow James Burton and Tom Brumley as Nelson's lead player but, as you can hear, he nailed it.

Yes - the same musicians we see in this clip were aboard the DC-3.

That was fantastic. What a steel tone. The best imitation of steel on guitar I have heard.
