This is a Walton steel guitar. I have only seen one other one. These guitars were built by Harold Flynn, long before the Flynn Steel guitar came to be. Built very close to a P/P Emmons but still different. A fiend of mine here in Kentucky has one. It is a very nice axe and built like a tank. I can't comment on the sound of these guitars as I have only seen the one and not heard it.

Fred Layman may know a good bit more about these guitars.
