I have managed to get my typing finger working,so Id like to say hello to all you forumites. Ive been reading all your post for the last twelve months on this fantastic site. You have been asking and answering all the questions I wanted to know, but I felt guilty leaving all the hard work to you all and just reading the answers so here I am.I play an Emmons P/P that Ive had for about 27years from new.I am at present building a twelve string universal if it plays as good as it looks I'll be well happy. I'd like to say thank you for the welcome from David Coplin. Hi David. I have played at Chicksands many times I was in the house band in a local production of Best little whore house in Texas, the fiddle player was a lady from the base as were many of the cast. The last band I was in played nothing but US Airforce bases but now I just record at a local studio. I had better sign off now before my typing finger seizes up thanks again for an excellent forum Dave Wisson |
