Sherm, Paul Franklin Sr. (father of the pedal steeler we all admire, and builder of the Franklin Steels) worked for Sho-Bud for a number of years, so there are many that have his signature on the inspection form. Most of the other people who inspected and signed those forms are also known in the steel world, so I don't think there is any extra value for having one done by Paul Sr., but it certainly means it left the factory in tip-top shape!
Also, to clarify, I think you have a Sho-Bud Pro III. Show Pro is a separate brand, build by Duane Marrs, whose signature also graced many of the Sho-Buds from the 70's.

Sherm, you've got a nice guitar. Bet it sounds like a million bucks!
Would love to see more of it, maybe a peek underneath.
Enjoy.

I believe a guitar signed by Paul Franklin is a very valuable part of Sho-Bud history and therefore IMHO very desirable. Your guitar looks almost exactly like the Sho-Bud Pro III Custom I have been trying to find, with one exception, mine was signed and built by the great Duane Marrs. Duane's signature on any Sho-Bud is IMHO another very desirable and important part of Sho-Bud history.
