MY Photos from the 2015 ISGC

Post by Jim R. Harrison »

"Old guys" don't move as fast as the others but I FINALLY got my photos ready. (Although slow, I did run a 100m dash in a Seniors Track Meet, the week before the ISGC, in 16 sec.). I will post my photos in the order the performers were on stage, except to introduce the backup band first. I apologize for some of the photos not being well focused.

I'm glad many of you enjoyed seeing my photos from this year's ISGC. Thank you for the compliments - I'm sorry I'm late with my thanks - too many other events happening. It was good to see Jim Cohen with his Fedora. Joe Casey, I didn't know that Norm Hamlet wore one? I have an old photo of him playing in Vancouver with Merle Haggard (not digital) & he wasn't wearing any hat. Here's another photo I took of him at Barbara Mandrell's HOF induction - notice his cap.

Image

Bill Ferguson - thank you for sharing some time with me at the ISGC. I'm sorry I didn't get a shot of you & the sound booth. Since I was NOT the official photographer with a reserved seat, I couldn't leave my ideal shooting seat at the front. Regards, Jim Harrison

Great presentation of great pics. Thanks, Jim.

I'm sorry I missed out again this year. I really wanted to be there to see Chubby Howard inducted. I'll catch up with him this month at his own show.

Thanks a Million for the pics, since I retired I can only get to one event a year, since my wife has a close friend in the Dallas area we go to TSGA. I had gone to St Louis every year since the Chase Park Plaza Days. Your Photos make me miss ISGC.
