Info on the care and feeding of natural finish E

Are the new Legrandes finished in lacquer? if so can anyone give advice as to preventing checking and cracking or is this not a problem anymore with new finishes. Can they ( including Mica) be left in the van from job to job?

JMHO.....Never leave a guitar in a vehicle any longer than you have to,especialy in severe cold,the temp changes are really bad on laquer,not to mention tuning problems.
