Why? Polytone was never built for steel and i dont
like the way they sound for steel anyway. The
big Line 6 flagship Vega head sound great even thier flextone 3 sounds better. The new NV112 sounds great, the Mesa preamp sounds great. I would reconsider a polytone the one I had Hisssssssed
its way into obscurity.

Baxter, do a Forum search for Polytone in the Electronics section and you'll find a handful of threads about this amp. Here's one such thread: http://steelguitarforum.com/Forum11/HTML/001747.html
