Hello,

I recently bought a new Williams S-10 and chose to have a Bill Lawrence 910 installed instead of the Williams stock pickup. I have noticed that the 910 sounds harsh in the highs through the Hilton pedal, but mellow, sweet and balanced through my old Goodrich. The converse also seems to be true: the stock Williams pickup has a preponderance of midrange through the Goodrich, but sounds gorgeous through all of my amps with the Hilton. I use the same picks, bar and cabling consistently. Anybody else had similar experiences?

Thanks for reading my post.

Gerald
