my new guitar is in the finishing stage,I ordered some true tone pick ups from Jerry rewind to 18000 ohm and it will sound killer.Guitar is not ready yet and will look much better once it gets done.I also changed my necks from wood to aluminum recently.

new aluminum necks are almost done

brand new changer

keyhead with original kluson tuners

necks are mounted
these guitars are made one per year since everything is hand made by great machinist and technician and good friend of mine Mr.Papic

Damir
Is this guitar built from some existing parts along with new machined parts or is everything from the ground up? If from the ground up the guitar must cost a fortune. Can you legally put Emmons decals on it and call it an Emmons?
Looks beautiful so far!!!

Bruce, guitar is built from the ground up and from the best materials available.Better than any other guitar I know.It does costs a fortune. My guess would be around 5K with case and shipping from Europe. It`s not an Emmons even tho it is made by Emmons specifications. There is no Emmons logo on the guitars.this guitars are custom hand made and better then mass production guitars.

fret board is your choice and my pick was Emmons fret board since it is a push pull after all.

Damir, is there a link to a topic where you discuss this project in more detail?
I seem to have missed it.
Anyway, it will be amazing.

Thanks for a kind words guys.I had to sell my Sho~Bud to get some cash for this one but I hope it will be worth it.I never placed the order ,this guitar was in the proces of making when I contacted the bilder. It takes awhile to get one of these because, like I said before, everything is done by hand and out of the best materials out there. There was only 7 guitars built in the last 17 years and they all play fantastic and sound as push pull should.OPnce I get my guitar here I will let everyone interested try it for himself,I know you`ll love it but I can`t tell you anything about the waiting period or prices on the guitars right now because I don`t know myself. This guitar will cost me after everyhing is payed ,over 4K tho.

If this steel is going to be no different than a regular push-pull, why not save some dollars and buy a good used model? Does the new version hold it's value? It might depreciate alarmingly if it hasn't got an Emmons logo.

Richard,
it doesn`t have an Emmons logo because it is NOT an Emmons. Some things are changed in the mechanism itself also.

Hi Jim,
you bet,I remember some years back when I played one of this guitars it sounded amazing to me.I`m sure with the new TT pick ups will sound even better.Crowbear,it is not an Emmons,it is a 100% hand made custom pedal steel guitar that uses a push pull (simular to Emmons)system.Does it means if its not an Emmons it`s not a pedal steel?
