Has anyone ever heard of "Big Bends" String cleaner or lubricant? I have heard from some guitar players that it works great. Any comments?

Similarly, I've wondered about use of Fret-Ease or similar products on a steel guitar...

Cleaners are fine on plain strings, but when used on wound strings, they just build up between the windings, and dull the sound. Wipe off your strings often when playing, and before you pack up. And when they look or sound dull...change 'em!
