Howdy,
I know this comes up a bit and there are a couple of people selling Sho-bud decals, but they all seem to be sold out of white. (no suprises there
)
Anyways, I have a Pro3 Custom with a magnificent birdseye cabinet that is under a rather bland black gloss that I think would like to be liberated with a translucent black or red. I don't have any decals, and definately need white ones. Can anyone help me out here?
Thanks in advance!!
Cheers
Steve.

I'm wondering if anyone who's had them made up in the past still has the artwork for them? I could get them made up here in water transfer material and resupply.

Steve, I made an accurate S~B logo in Adobe Illustrator a while back.
I visited SA for the eclipse in 2002, nicest folks in the world.

Thanks so much Ian! I've downloaded it and it looks great. I'll see if I can get a mate to do the ProIII one as well.
The eclipse! I went up to Ceduna for it and my friends were eating oysters straight off the rocks. My only totality. Remote part of the world up there.( ɥƃnoɥʇ noÊŽ ɹoÉŸ ÇɹÇɥʇ uÊop )
I went to California for the Healdsberg guitar builders festival and the family of the lady who worked the check thru at the airport offered me a place at theirs for the duration. Friendlist people in the world!
Cheers mate!!

Cool, you'll have to post some pics when you get her refinished. On the Pro III logo, it doesn't take too long if you have nice clear and proportionally accurate image to work from. Newer versions of Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw both have a really good tracing function, a little manual editing to clean it up, voila.
I went out to Ceduna also with a big group hosted by Wayward Bus from Adelaide, about half of us foreigners. We camped in a big field just to the east of town. It was on my birthday, it was a really fun time, great company, great food. Got a chance to try grilled kangaroo and smoked emu too, both were...interesting...
They took us on a week-long bus tour around that part of SA on our way back to Adelaide, remote little towns around Spencer Gulf, oyster farms, vineyards, etc. They had a cool restored '60s American tour bus (called Priscilla of course) with door and driver on the wrong sides. It was a great time.

Uhh, Ian, so I probably met you?
I'm assuming the guy taking this photo was Doug? (Doug Clarke the tour guide?)
I stumbled into camp in the middle of the night for some reason, where you guys really noisy? I can't remember the story!! And some guy heard my voice and said "Steve??!". It was Doug! We've been friends since high school. I was camped with my mates up on the hill just above you!I hung out down there for a bit meeting the tourists. lol! So funny! Small world huh?

Ha! I guess there weren't really that many places to stay around there. We were having a good time so we probably were pretty noisy. Copious amounts of wine were consumed so I wouldn't remember who all I met. I think there were only three or four Americans in the whole group, one was a 20 y.o. girl, so if you met an American it was probably me. There was another guy about my age who was an astronomer from New Mexico. If you were there during the eclipse, he was the tall bearded guy projecting it into the end of the truck with a telescope.
I don't remember Doug specifically, but he would certainly know his comrades in the pic. There were two groups that overlapped in Ceduna, the first did the tour on the way over, ours did it on the way back. Maybe Doug led the first one. Our guide was Ralph Jackson who was the owner of Wayward Bus, and his sister Amanda. I'm third in from the right in the back row in the pic, the guy to my left was one of their crew but I don't remember his name, Ralph is in the lower left in front, the American astronomer is second from left in the back.
Have a look here, this should look familiar:

Nice video of the eclipse as well. The 360 sunset was pretty impressive.
