I had a issue with my Telonics volume pedal, blue LED stopped working and experienced intermittent loss of output. Customer service is beyond compare, Dave replaced the pedal, period! Unprecedented in my book, the quality of his product and the commitment of support from his electrical engineering profession is second to none. Bravo Telonics from a weekend warrior! Superb service: Thank you!

Ditto, they are absolutely the best customer service in the business - and their products are all top of the line quality and durability - I would use nothing else.
