HI Can i have some help

Carter 3 pedals 4 levers and an up lever.
some how my up lever fell apart
I know one is off the 6th G# to make it F
I don't know where the other one goes

Here's one possibility:

string 6 G#=>F#
String 1 F#=>G#

If you're the original owner you received a manual with the copedent. There are other possibilities for that knee, depending on how the rest of the guitar is set up.
