I have a Ranger 10 string pedal steel my wife bought for me. It has three pedals and 4 knee levers. The finish is black formica and the "fretboard" is a decal with six shooters.
I really need to know what I have and its history. Thank you

Tom...May be a Russ-ler. Not certain if these guitars are currently being manufactured, but a search may produce their website if it is still in operation. Had an opportunity to hear Russ Hicks play one at a steel show and was quite impressed.

Might be the same guitar! Anyhow, while it looks to be more of a low-end model than the Russlers I've seen, at least it's an all-pull design. That's a big plus over most of the run-of-the-mill student models, which have the simpler "pull/release" design changers.

That guitar is not built by Russler guitars.

The picture in the previous post By Mr. Killam is the one, although I have no mechanical issues. It sounds great and plays fine but I have no history of it whatsoever.

I know it is not a Russ-Ler and am not sure if it was the PedalMaster Ranger d-10 I am hoping someone can enlighten me on its background
