Need Supro Badge

Post by James Honberger »

Hi Folks,
Does anyone know a forum member or outside vendor that might have a Supro badge laying around? I need one that is circa 1947, as shown in my attached pic.

Being that you are not doing a period correct restoration, I'd suggest that you have some fun with it and make it your own design. Lots of ways to go, vinyl, water slide, or if you are up for it, these etched logos that I've been doing are not too tough. I've been using both nickle silver and aluminum with good results. The process is basically a variation of making home brew PCB's. Lots of info on Youtube covering the different methods.

This is all I could find:

A metal one, similar to what you're looking for:

link to search results

And a plastic one:

Hope this helps, or at least gets you some leads.

Definitely just get it remade. I know a good few key cutter shops that could do a replica here in London.

Surely they're must be a few where you are.

It probably won't be that expensive either.
