Wow, wow, wow. How lucky we are to hear, see and learn from the great Tommy White...and he even helps us out on the Forum!

Thank you, Tommy.

And what a great band. So many fine, fine players working together so well...including the wonderful Wanda Vick.

Thank you, Peter and Phil.

I think that Buddy Emmons has nick named Tommy; killer. If that's wrong someone please correct me.

The one thing the internet has been sorely lacking is video clips of the greatest musician in the world! Thank you so much for helping to correct that problem Peter.

I wish I could take the credit, but I didn't post those videos. Phil Copp gets the credit.

O.K., I guess the ol' mind really is fading... I swear on that first clip he's explaining on a Mullen and playing on a Emmons!

Once again Tommy White just is amazing. His speed and clean playing is great. Is Wanda playing on the Gaither Gospel Videos?

All sorts of music that Tommy plays over, but I love the inventiveness and style, the total class he brings to that hard honky tonk sound.

Hey Paul, yes Tommy is amazing. That clip of him playing OBS just blew my mind. So clean and so precise.

Wanda did play on a lot of gospel music. She is very talented. Plays fiddle, steel, guitar, dobro and does it all good too. Haven't seen her on anything in quit a while so just wandering what happened to her. I met her when she was just a teen ager at a fiddle contest in Montoe La. She was awesome then.

Ditti what Eli said and it sure is nice to see clips that feature the musicians instead of the singers. Thanks very much for posting

Is that a "sitar" bar he's using, or something special made? Looks like the flat is a little wide for a sitar.

Some of the best I have ever seen! Thanks so much for the post. RFD should pick up all the TNN old shows. A fan told a great steel player (if I could play like that I'd play all day every day). His response was was I did! Nuf said!

Only one thing better than those clips, and that is seeing Tommy playing live. He is just astonishing, and I call him Super-chops. He must have put in thousands of hours of practise in his lifetime.

How does Tommy earn a living now?
Apart from the Opry does he do sessions?
