This little Soul/R&B band that I play guitar in got to open a concert last night in Anchorage at the Performing Arts Center,It was for an organization called "Bye Bye Bullies" to rid schools of bullies. The only drag was we had to leave right after our set to play a private party gig at one our big hotels,Jeff Golub and the band came by and hung out,Some of the nicest folks ever. For the last song of the night Etta Jame's "Blind" drummer Ricky Lawson came up and played with us OMG!!!!Now I'm ruined!

I've been a fan of Jeff Golub for a long time.

I remember playing with Jeff one time many years ago in a NYC club and I remember lending him my Tele once, too. He is a nice cat and a very good player.
