Bill's non-pedal tunings with early Marty Robbins.
Did he play non-pedal with Marty?
I think of him as a pedal player with Marty, and only in the 1960s and later, not "early" Marty Robbins--which was more likely Joe Vincent, Jerry Byrd, or James Farmer.
