From Michael Nesmith's album "Magnetic South." It starts at around 2:08. I have some parts figured out, completely lost on others (particularly the fast single note runs):

This should be close. I'm not sure about bar 2. The tone sounds so similar to the tone of the open strings in bar 1, making me doubt that he went up to fret 5. But I can't find a lower fret where he could let all those notes ring together.

As always, your corrections are eagerly solicited.
