I didn't see your post 'til tonight. I emailed you.

We missed our President Norma Jean Lucas but had a fun time at our meeting today with 9 steelers including Virgil Pittman, Ben Chesney, Del Lombard, Tony Tipton, Gerald Sparks, Steve Melchi, Charlie Barnett, Vance Monday, and yours truly.
On rhythm guitar and vocals were Donley Harrington and Jimmie Dreadfulwater, who didn't bring his steel this time, Clark Cox on snare drum, and Jesse Garcia on bass. Thanks everyone.

I am glad Charlie Barnett was there Larry. It's good to see him getting back into "action".

Looks like you guys had a good turn out! Im working Sundays for awhile but hopefully after the first of the year I will be having a schedule change..KEEP UP THE GREAT PLAYING!

My first time. I appreciate everyone making me feel welcome and encouraging me to bring my steel in and playing whatever I can play. I've been playing for 4 months. I know which end the bar goes on which end the picks go on. I am challenging myself to learn a song a month that I can play with you.
