Where can I find an effects input jack for a Nashville 400

Any guitar store should have them, just an ordinary 1/4" jack. FWIW: You may want to avoid the imported plastic style and opt for the metal type such as a 'Switchcraft'brand. The plastic jacks are prone to breaking.
