I'm working on an S-10 P/P Emmons,1517 S.

i've got a PP S10 too ! SN: 1500 8 or S ?
i must need glasses but it looks like an 8
but then it just might be an S like Single ?

Sometimes it's a little tough to say
specifically on them single necks.
You can narrow it down by the pedals.
Larger cast pedals with wide spacing
(60's to very early 70's),
narrower spacing(early 70's), &
smaller cast pedals with narrow spacing
(mid 70's to around '77 or so).
After that they switched to the
LeGrande style pedals.<font face=jokerman>
