Sure. Go to this link and scroll ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM, until you see 'Buddy Emmons C6'. I'll use the pedal locations from that chart.
There are 4 basic positions.
Root on 10 (and 7 and 3) you have a C6 with no pedals
Root on 10 with P8 = A7
Root on 10 with P5 = D7
Root on 9 with P6 = F7

Pedal 4 and P7, plus all 4 knee levers are 'modifiers.
Take each of the 4 positions and look at how raising or lowering strings 3 and 4 by a half step modify the chord.
I'll do one for you
Root on 10 no pedals -- C6 (or Ami7 with root on 8 or FMaj7 with root on 9)
raise 3 = C# dim
lower 3 = CMaj7
raise 4 = C7
lower 4 = C aug
Add P4 = CMaj7
Add P7 = CMaj9

There are other multiple combinations, but if you write out the same analysis as above for each position list above, you'll have a pretty good handle on the chords you can get with the 8x7 'Buddy Emmons expanded C6 Tuning'. Listening to the usage is important too.

This is oversimplified and only scratches the surface of what all's there, but that's all I'm gonna type. Image
