Peavey SP vs S speaker ID

What is the difference between the Peavey SP Scorpion speaker and the S-Scorpion speaker?

I know the (SP) stands for Scorpion Plus, but don't know the technical difference between the two.

The plus has a bigger magnet allowing for more power. The baskets are the same.

The Scorpion has a power handling rating of 150 watts continuous and the Scorpion Plus had 200 watts continuous.
