Is it worth the extra expense to add a 4th pedal to my S10. E9th, Do those of you that have it use it - often - very little - or not at all, what are the merits Lonnie

Hi Lonnie. It depends on what you want to do with it and how much the extra expense will be.I have the "Franklin change"(B to A & G# to F#)on my Carter S12U.I'm glad it's there but really,I don't use it a lot.Might use it for lowering G#'s to G's maybe.Good luck.

I have my 5th string lowered a half tone with a pedal to the left of my A pedal on both my guitars, guess that makes my A pedal a B pedal and so on.

If you try to add every new change that comes down the pike, you'll drive yourself nuts. Jeff Newman has the right idea, get all you can out of a guitar with just the standard changes, you may find that you don't even need most of that other stuff, but you know, if everyone was like me, America probably would not have been discovered yet, I am such a creature of habit!! :]
