i picked up an old traynor ygl 3 and i'm going to see if i can get it up to snuff for some gigs.
i'm replacing all the caps today, and i thought i'd try modding it to get reverb on both channels.
i'm not 100% sure how to to do it, and my schematic reading is pretty rusty...

I'm working on a YBA-1. Was thinking of maybe doing a tube reverb in place of the second channel. Less ambitiously it would be relatively easy to interface one or both channels to a MOD spring reverb can. Lots of info and ideas in "The Ultimate Tone" amp book. |

Dave, I was not able to use the link, but downloaded a schematic from another source. It looks like you can break the connection between C6 (.022) and R9 (100K) then connect the free end of C6 to the junction of C-24 and R-33. This should feed the channel one signal through C-23 to the grid of the reverb driver tube, along with the channel two signal. The plates of V1B and V2B may load each other somewhat, but I doubt it will be enough to notice.
Hope it works for you.
