Prefered Knee Levers?

...thinking of adding two knee levers to an 8-string, E9th tuned guitar (first string G# to A). If you had only two levers, which would you prefer? I'm thinking,___ raising and lowering the E's.
Many thanks in advance, Rick

Yep. If you had a D# string, I'd recommend lowering it to D instead of lowering the high E. But since you don't, you should raise and lower your E's on the two levers.
For maximum effect, put the raise on the left knee and the lower on the right knee. Then you can get an additional full-step change by engaging one while you release the other.

I only have three knee levers and two of them are set up exactly the way b0b recommended.

I would lower the E's to D# LKL and pull the 2nd only E to F# with RKR. Do away with the C pedal, Move A abn B over to pedals 2 and 3, and put E's to F on pedal 1.
